Metallurgical semi-finished products

Raw materials of the AEM-Speciel Steels' metallurgical site are used for such sectors as power and petrochemical industries, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, etc..

Metallurgical semi-finished products have different physical and chemical properties to ensure durability in real operating conditions.

RADIATION-RESISTANT SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

These products are used in manufacturing pressure vessels of high-power VVER reactors for stationary power generation, medium- and small-power VVER reactors for regional power generation, as well as nuclear reactors for ships and icebreakers.

HEAT-RESISTANT SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

The products are used in aerospace industry and engine building; for manufacturing rotors and shafts, heat exchange equipment and housings of combustion chambers, furnaces, chimneys and deflectors; during fabrication of cookware and other items that contact with food. The steels have found wide application in manufacturing exhaust valves for aircraft piston engines, gas turbine blades for turbochargers of aircraft engines, rotor blades of the first gas turbines and the first jet engine. Heat-resistant steel products can withstand mechanical loads at temperatures above 600 ℃.

HIGH-ALLOYED SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

The products are used in manufacturing the equipment for the oil and gas sector, power industry, marine shipbuilding as well as for construction of industrial lines where furnace and cooling equipment.is used.

CORROSION-RESISTANT SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

The products are used in construction and architecture; food, petrochemical and chemical industries; pulp and paper production; electric power generation, and transport engineering.

COLD-RESISTANT SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS

The products are used in rolled steel manufacturing for civil construction in the northern regions; aircraft, train carriage and shipbuilding; for manufacturing the equipment, components and pipelines of refrigeration and cryogenic facilities. The cold-resistant steel products can maintain their properties at temperatures of -40 to -196 ℃.
