Qualifiaction Assessment Center in Volgodonsk

To pass a vocational exam, the applicant submits, personally or through a legal representative, a set of documents to the qualification assessment center by e-mail batischev_ay@atommash.ru or to postal address: Skills Assessment Center, AEM-Technologies, 10 Zhukovskoye Shosse, Volgodonsk, Rostov region, 347360, Russia. The set of documents includes: a) a vocational exam application, indicating the qualification for which the applicant desires to have a vocational exam; in the application, the applicant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data contained in the application, as well as in the documents and materials attached to it; b) a copy of passport or other ID of the applicant; c) copies of documents on vocational training, education, retraining and advanced training; d) a copy of the document on the qualification level (if available); e) a copy of the document confirming the labor experience; f) photo 3*4

Within 10 calendar days after receiving the set of applicant’s documents, the Qualification Assessment Center informs the applicant or legal representative on the results of considering the application and set of documents in the manner specified in the vocational exam application and agrees the date, place and time of vocational exam with the applicant or legal representative, as well as informs the applicant or legal representative on the vocational exam procedures. If a vocational exam is conducted at the employer’s request, the Qualification Assessment Center agrees the date, place, and time of vocational exam with the employer. If the applicant or legal representative submits an incomplete set of applicant’s documents, the Qualification Assessment Center informs the applicant or legal representative on such incompletion.

The applicant is allowed for a vocational exam based on an ID. The applicant who does not come to the vocational exam is allowed for a vocational exam in cases and under conditions stipulated by the contract. The vocational exam is conducted in accordance with the assessment tools for an independent qualification assessment, approved by the Council for Vocational Qualifications in mechanical engineering and includes: - theoretical part; - practical exam The vocational exam is considered to be successfully passed if the applicant achieves a result that meets the assessment criteria determined by the assessment tools for independent qualification assessment.

The results of the vocational exam are documented in the minutes of the expert board.

Not later than 7 calendar days after completion of the vocational exam, the Qualification Assessment Center sends the minutes, copies of sets of applicant’s documents and other materials of the vocational exam to the Council for Vocational Qualifications.

Not later than 14 calendar days after completion of the vocational exam, the Council for Vocational Qualifications does as follows based on the minutes, copies of sets of applicant’s documents, test results, photo, video and other materials of the vocational exam: a) checks, processes, and recognizes the results of the independent qualification assessment; b) decides to issue a Qualification Certificate or an Exam Passing Report for the applicant or legal representative by the Qualification Assessment Center; c) sends information on Qualification Certificates or Exam Passing Reports to the autonomous non-profit organization "National Agency for Development of Qualifications" for entering into the Independent Qualification Assessment Register.

Not later than 30 calendar days after completion of the vocational exam, the Qualification Assessment Center draws up and issues, based on the decision of the Council for Vocational Qualifications resulted from the applicant’s passing the vocational exam, the Qualification Certificate to the applicant or legal representative If the applicant receives an unsatisfactory grade when taking the vocational exam, the Center draws up and issues the Exam Passing Report including recommendations for the applicant or sends the Qualification Certificate (Exam Passing Report) to the applicant’s address indicated in the vocational exam application.

If the contract provides for informing the person at whose expense the vocational exam was conducted (employer, other individual and/or legal entity) on the results of the vocational exam, the Qualification Assessment Center sends an e-copy of the Qualification Certificate or Exam Passing Report to such person.
